[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is a great budget product. Very very black and not much issues with it moving around. It does exactly what a black eye liner needs to do.

I bought it in shade Limelight, and this is genuinely the BEST pencil eyeliner i have ever used. Its super cheap, the product is very pigmented, suuuper creamy, and looks absolutely gorgeous! I cant wait to buy more in different colors!
