This product has been the answer I've been looking for!!! I have a mix of straight, wavy, and curly hair, very fine that is also dry. So in one word, difficult. I'm also quite lazy with my hair, which doesn't make it easy to have nice looking hair. For the last month or so, I've been using the Pacifica wavy shampoo, banana cream conditioner, then I towel dry my hair a bit and rake a blueberry size amount of this cream through my damp, long bob length hair. I air dry and do nothing else, but get compliments every day about my hair! My hair has never been this consistently nice with so little effort until this routine, and I plan to stick with it for as long as these products are available for purchase. I have a sensitive scalp, and this doesn't bother it at all (though I try to apply it just to the lengths and not scalp directly). My partner and I are also super scent sensitive but this slight vanilla smell is so mild, we both like it (which almost never happens). My hair isn't weighed down, sticky, crunchy, or unnatural feeling at all. It's light, bouncy, soft, and less frizzy but still natural looking. I have also tried using this cream on soaking wet, then using gel and diffusing with it a hair dryer, as well as just using a tiny amount of this on dry fizzy hair when I've used a different leave-in conditioner that didn't perform well - both with great results, showing how versatile this cream is! This hair routine makes me love my natural texture hair, and has improved my self-esteem. Thank you for creating this product because at this point, I never want to be without it :D
Not So Smooth — Caused Buildup 🫤
I had really high hopes for the Pacifica Smooth Seas Style Prep Hair Smoothie, but unfortunately it didn't work for my hair. It left my hair feeling like there was a heavy buildup, and instead of smoothing, it made my hair feel dry and straw-like. I also noticed more tangles than usual. Every time I brushed my hair, it seemed harder to detangle. Rather than adding moisture and manageability, it left my hair feeling coated and rough. This may work for other hair types, but for me it made my hair feel weighed down, dry, and harder to brush. Not a repurchase item.

This product is a total GAME CHANGER for me. With my straight & curly hair, I have wasted so much time & money on good products that never worked for my hair. Than I found, "Smooth Seas". I apply a dime-full amt to my ends as my hair naturally dries. All I need do is comb hair w/ my fingers, shake and go. My curls are soft & beautiful. No sticky, goey hair product feeling at all. My hair looks great w/ my new wash & wear routine. I couldnt be more impressed w/ this product. Id give it 100 stars if I could. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. Gracias
