Pour 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.

This product smells amazing and has a calming effect! I love the scent; it's soothing and really helps you relax. When you mix it with warm water and soak in it, it alleviates a lot of pain and promotes relaxation. I definitely recommend it 1000%!

The Snowy Night Dr Teals Pure Epsom Salt soaking solution was wonderful. It dissolved easily, had a pleasant light fragrance and made for a relaxing and calm soak. Afterwards i noticed the tension from the day had melted away and I was able to go to bed refreshed. I would highly recommend this product!

First the smell is sooooo amazing! I smelled it before even opening the package. I am a fan of Dr. Teals products but this provided the best bath for me after a stressful day. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt so soft after using. I really wish this was a scent that was available all the time. I would recommend this for anyone that is wanting a great bath salt.
