Dispense product into hands. Rub together to warm the product, allowing it to melt into an oil. Massage well onto dry face and rinse with warm water. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Refer to The Ordinary's in-depth guide to patch testing. Bottle is sold Half empty
I understand the product is affordable. But I didn't expect the bottle to be half empty. Disappointed that I'd probably only be able to use a few times before I run out. I left the silver plastic seal on the cap to prove I just opened. Really disappointed

Gentle on the skin.
This cleanser acts like an oil cleanser, but it actually oil free. It does a good job removing make up and sunscreen. Make sure you read the instructions first, because you don't immediately wet it down. you put it on dry skin, emulsify it, and then rinse it.... if you have very oily skin this may not be the product for you, but if you have dry skin or combination skin it should work well for you... it's cruelty free and priced reasonably.
Product is fine but not worth of the money
It does remove your makeup and is not harsh. I use it in the shower so I can wash any remaining makeup off. However, I do not think it is a good value. The container is only half full. I know it's inexpensive, but it should be filled more. Other drugstore priced products have more in their container.

I've been using this face wash daily for years now. Fully cleans my dry sensitive skin without any reactions, much better than any others I've tried. Very gentle. A simple routine has always worked better for my skin than a ton of steps and getting irritation. Just wish Ulta sold the larger size in person so I could save on shipping, but I order multiple bottles once a year to make it worth it. Lasts a longer time too
