[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been wanting to try Fenty products for quite some time, so I was excited when I saw this soufflé as I thought it might work for an issue I've been trying to find a product for. I have some discoloration I was hoping to play down and th...ought this bronzer might do the trick. My initial impression was that the outer box is very nice but there was no real cushioning inside the inner box, so it actually left marks and wore off a bit of the name on the top of compact. Furthermore, there's no applicator; no pad or anything like that when you open up the compact. I also thought it was a little odd that the product, itself, doesn't go all the way to the end of the tin. For the price point I thought both of these observations was a little strange. As I've never used a soufflé before, I wasn't quite sure how to go about applying it, since no applicator was included. That being said, I ended up using a makeup sponge and applied a thin layer, without much success. It didn't really do a lot of anything other than actually accentuate the area I was trying to blend in. I applied another couple of layers and the result was actually quite nice, but I felt like I had to put a lot on to get the coverage I was hoping for. For my particular issue I think that this is not gonna be a product I can use. A bronzing powder is probably a better choice, for me; since I am obviously going to have to use a concealer/foundation combination. This particular bronzer, because of the moisture content, would only undo what I'm trying to achieve with the other 2 products. I also didn't care for the amount of remover I had to use to remove the product. Even after FOUR passes, there was STILL product residue! All in all if you have flawless skin this product would probably be magnificent but for those of us with spots, blemishes, acne scars and/or anything else, this may not be the right formula.
