Used to be perfect
I have used this eyeliner almost everyday for YEARS and it's AMAZING, howeverrrrrr I think the company must have changed its formula or something because now it is really hit or miss. I have had to return every new one I have purchased in the past half year because they are so dry. Luckily, I didn't...

Used to be my holy grail eyeliner.
I swore by this product for a decade. It used to have a smooth application that wouldn't budge until makeup remover and the product itself kept for months. Now it skips sections as it's applied and the product dries up within a week.
This brand has changed so much :( :(
KVD just keeps changing formulas or completely getting rid of products that have had a big fan base and I used to swear by this liner because of my hooded eyes and oily prone skin, it never used to transfer. Now the tip gets dry sooner, so doesn't go on as smoothly and after a few hours of wear, it has transferred to my upper lid or smudged off! First you start getting rid of the "Lock-It" products, then the "everlasting" products, now you're trying to pass this cheap formula/product as the original with the same price, like what is going on.?? From the looks of it, the reviews on KVD are showing that you will be losing a lot more customers, such a shame, KVD.
No!
I used to love this eyeliner pen. The last 3 that I have purchased, are horrible. The brush tip was split in two. This made applying a joke. No matter how I tried ti fix it, they would not stay together a waste of money.
Not as good as it used to be
I was a loyal Kat Von D tattoo liner user bc of how precise the brush tip could get a fine line. Unfortunately, I should've heeded the reviews about the formula changing, as it's apparent if you've been a longtime user. I bought this last one at the end of September, and within the last month, I've grown increasingly frustrated with the application. As everyone else says, it starts to get drier, but not only that, the tip will accumulate residue and get gunked up. If I didn't know what the product was like years ago, I would be fooled into buying a new one. However, I know how good this eyeliner used to be, and it's sad to see it go down like this.

Brown?
I basically payed 7 dollars for a tester ( which I know what a scam), specially considering the fact that there is no real difference from the black one that I already use.
