Sharpen the tip with the Dual Precision Sharpener (sold separately), then glide along the lashline or waterline. For a soft, diffused effect, blend with the smudger side of the Angled Line + Smudge Brush (sold separately). Work on one eye at a time---the formula sets quickly. To create a soft wing, use the angled side of the brush to pull color out.

Pencil Glides so smooth
I'm 60 and have not bought an eyeliner in many years but have rediscovered makeup over last year and it has given me a boost in self confidence. This eyeliner is so smooth and flattering. Finally, after all of the thousands and thousands of years of humans, the most amazing eyeliner has been created! Hiking, driving 3 hours, super high temps, bright sun - my waterline in Ink stayed put from 9 am to bedtime!! I tried the other colors on inside of the store and they ALSO stayed on just as well! Will never need to purchase from another company, and they are cruelty free and vegan!!!!!! So happy. Never bought a whole line of any product, but I will purchase every color of these as long as they make them!

This eyeliner was received free as a promotion. I was glad to get this to try. I like the Ilia brand and their products. This didn't disappoint. I love the color of the eyeliner. It glides on effortlessly. I like how it stays on all day (or however long I need it to). It's simple to sharpen and gives me a good result. The color is nice also. I enjoy how simple it is to remove at the end of the day. Overall, I'm very happy with this eyeliner!
