Apply directly to the eye and blend out color with fingertips.
Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color.
On light to medium skin tones, apply ADULTS ONLY or DON'T TOUCH all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
On medium-deep to deep skin tones, apply OBLIVION all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with NARS #25 Smudge Brush (sold separately).

I am a bit older (66) and this creme stick eyeshadow is perfect! You can apply lightly for subtle bit of color and definition, or build it up for a dramatic pop of color. It is long-lasting and does not crease or bleed. I have hazel eyes and it really brings out my eyes. Ì am planning on trying some other colors as well.
