Comfortable and easy to use
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] So when I received this I had never heard of dry brushing- basically using a brush like this Goop Beauty Ultimate Dry Brush to exfoliate, stimulate circulation and support lymphatic drainage. So in the morning before my shower I have been using this brush on my dry skin and brushing my entire body ( in motions toward my heart). It is definitely weird at first! But I do feel like it stimulates my circulatory system and helps me wake up in the morning. I feel like I can feel it stimulating blood flow ! Definitely helps with exfoliation. And I feel better when I start with dry brushing so definitely keeping this a part of my morning routine. The brushes bristles I think are the perfect firmness for this purpose and is comfortable and easy to use !

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. The handle design makes it easy to hold onto while dry brushing. The bristles aren't too rough nor too soft. It's just enough to remove dead skin cells. Perfect for self care.
