I haven't been using these long, fewer than 15 days, but my bladder feels stronger. The flavor is a strong cranberry taste. Very easy to use, melts on your tongue. It should keep your urinary tract healthy.

These strips are really easy to use, pop one in your mouth and let it melt! They taste like cranberries, but with no sour taste, and I like the fact that they have no sugar. The strips come individually packaged, which is great for travel and work. Plus, they also come in a convenient-to-store tin.
