Great for my PTSD

This isn't a product I would normally ever order. I would think it was scammy most of the time. But because of the raving reviews and already loving their other products I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. I can't believe how much of a difference it made. I normally have chronic neck and Upper b...

Use Extreme Caution with Children / Sensitive Nervous System

I have been using essential oils with my son for years - Always highly diluted and those considered to be safe in small amounts for kids. I personally love using this oil and always notice a difference. I put a small amount on my son last night before bed when I was applying my own. He woke up an ho...

This is a great product and very relaxing! There's a strong scent, but it's nice and calming. Definitely recommend.

Not for me

I will start by saying I love OSEA. I have been using the atmosphere protection cream daily since receiving my first bottle in a vegan box. I have tried many other OSEA products since then and generally have liked them. I bought this vagus nerve oil in desperation to help alleviate the disruptive symptoms of IBS. I have tried 7 prescription medications, various supplements, acupuncture, etc with no success. I thought I'd give this a try. I apply it as instructed before leaving the house. As some people have mentioned, this smells like tea tree oil /mosquito repellent to me. It's not very pleasant at all. I think the act of massaging it on my neck is relaxing and a distraction but I haven't experienced an improvement in cramping. I don't like to waste products so I will use this up but will not purchase again.

I'm usually skeptical of products like this, but because I already liked their other products and I am a firm believer in the impact of the vagus nerve on our central nervous system (CNS), I decided to try it - and I was genuinely surprised. It actually works. I use the roller on my temples, below my ears, and wrists before bed, plus the pillow mist, and it consistently helps me fall asleep. And I have insomnia. As a clinical psychologist and researcher with a background in neurophysiology, I also appreciate the growing research on the vagus nerve and its role in calming the central nervous system and regulating stress responses. At the very least, it smells wonderful. At best, it may genuinely help calm your nervous system and support deeper sleep.

I don't know how this makes such a difference, but I rub some behind my ears and the combination of the pillow spray just calms me and I'm asleep in one minute!
