Same beautiful Vinyl Ink formula with a sparkly twist
If you love the Maybelline Vinyl Ink formula as much as I do but wanted a shimmery version, you're in luck with this holiday collection! I bought two shades, Tourmaline and Red Sapphire. I'm still undecided about whether the shades work with my neutral-cool undertone (I considered getting Garnet instead of Red Sapphire initially), but they both look beautiful regardless. In my photo, I've swatched all my Maybelline lip products so you can compare colors. The top row is Matte Ink in "Pioneer" and "Romantic"; the middle row is Vinyl Ink in shades "Wicked" and "Striking"; and the Glimmer Vinyl Ink shades are on the bottom row. Red Sapphire is the darkest red by far, and Tourmaline doesn't look quite as obviously pink in some lighting.
