I wanted to love this so bad because it really does work. after taking it consistently for 1 month, the side effects came in full swing. I felt nauseous, my skin broke out a lot more than normal AND my menstrual cycle got so messed up & become irregular. I wish this wasnt the case for me however I had to stop taking it due to those side effects occuring so quickly after taking them. again if youre lucky and you dont get these side effects then go for it as it left my hair fuller and stronger for the month. but those side effects are not worth it for me.

With consistent use, I started seeing subtle but encouraging changes after a couple of months: More baby hairs at my hairline Hair overall felt thicker and fuller Less hair loss while brushing This is very much a slow‑and‑steady product—you have to commit to long‑term use to see results. For me, it's been worth it. I usually wait for a sale and stock up on refills, and I'm comfortable with the cost given the results I've noticed and my dermatologist's confidence in the research behind the brand. I even convinced my husband to start the men's version, and he's been happy with it as well. Nutrafol also offers a scalp serum, but to be mindful of cost, I looked for a more affordable topical option and added The Ordinary Multi‑Peptide Serum for Hair Density a few months ago. Honestly, it's hard to say how much of my results are from the serum versus Nutrafol itself. I think of the serum as a supporting "boost" rather than the primary driver. It's easy to use, reasonably priced, and even if the added benefit is modest, it feels worth including alongside the supplements. Overall, this combination has worked well for me as a long‑term, realistic approach to hair density in my 40s.
Made me so sick
Ive been throwing up almost daily for weeks. Finally figured out it started when i started this supplement. I stopped taking the nutrafol and I stopped throwing up. My stomach is already very senesitive so i do not recommend this if you have a sensitive stomach. Glad i finally figured out what was going on at least.
