I was super excited to finally receive this. It seemed like it took over a week to receive. Charged the 'battery' fully. Not worth the money

Just BE CONSISTENT:) It is an accumulative effect.
Can't adjust intensity
States the intensity can be adjusted on three levels. So far i cannot figure out how to adjust it. It has three buttons. One for power, one to change color, and one to adjust the time.
Stopped working in 2 weeks!
Wont charge anymore and i highly dount Ulta will so anything about it! Their customer service is horrendous this last yeat or 2. They so NOT reaolvw my issues and in-store employess say ask ciatomer service. And the kicker is im actually a diamond member. Time to stop shopping here!
Product doesn't work
This mask doesnt do anything except give me an excuse to check out for 1/2 hr and do nothing. All the other reviews here don't seem authentic; posted mainly in 2024, and no names given. What a scam. Dont waste your money!
