I have been using the Ceramide Capsules since they were introduced and have been very pleased with my long term results. I get many compliments on my skin. The only problem I am having now is that the amount of product in the capsules is less than before and sometimes hardly enough to cover my face even though I am a very small person. There have been times I have had to open a second capsule.
