I was really skeptical but I'm amazed how well these work! My skin is noticeably more clear and illuminious. I use them at nite and by late morning just remove them! And the design is super cute. Biotin messes with my stomach and I'm so pleased with this technology (just don't place the sticker in the same spot consecutively). 10/10 recommend, I'm a believer!
