Summary
The Kitsch Castor Oil Shampoo + Conditioner Bar Combo is formulated with castor oil designed to hydrate, balance, and soothe scalp irritation. It nourishes your scalp to help reduce hair breakage and damage, and deeply nourishes dry and damaged hair for stronger, more hydrated-looking strands.
Benefits
- Nourishes your scalp to help decrease hair breakage & damage
- Deeply nourishes dry & damaged hair for stronger, hydrated-looking strands
- Helps decrease breakage by repairing strands for fuller-looking, healthier hair
- Formulated with Fision® Hydratress that helps detangle and control frizz, and Fision® Ecosil for a shiny finish
- Less hair breakage. Castor oil has moisturizing properties, which could help lubricate the hair shaft, increasing flexibility and decreasing the chance of breakage.
- Strengthening. The idea is that the high content of ricinoleic acid may help improve blood circulation in the scalp, which might lead to nutrition for the hair follicles, stronger strands, and less breakage.

Wet your hair; rub bar between hands into a rich lather or "paint" directly onto your scalp.
Massage with fingertips, then rinse & repeat as desired. After shampooing, wet the bar with warm water and massage it into your strands from lengths to ends, working it into a sudsy lather. Rinse and comb or detangle as usual.

Very Good
I tried the shampoo + conditioner for the first time yesterday. You can either rub it in the hands - bring it to foam, then apply it to the scalp & hair or by putting the soap directly into the hair. To the shampoo: when applying I find it foams well. However, when rinsing down, the hair feels very ...

Hoping for better
I normally use another bar shampoo, and was hoping this one would be just as good, or better! Unfortunately it didn't preform like my previous bar shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to get suds, after using water and hand, as well as directly in my hair, I would prefer hands, as I get breakag...

Probably the best!

I love this castor oil shampoo and conditioner. The bars are so nice and easy to use and easy to travel with. The castor oil is one of my favorites.
My favorite shampoo/conditioner bar
Reviewed at

Once I ditched the plastic bottles and went to a shampoo/conditioner bar, I can't go back. Compared to other brands, love how the castor oil bar makes my hair smell as well as how well they lather. If you've been thinking about switching to bars, this is your sign.
Another A+ Combo

Like all the Kit-sch products, the castor oil shampoo & conditioner bars do a great job!! At 59 my hair has never been in better condition!!!
I was sceptical but so happy I made my purchase!

I was sceptical enough to not want to pay full price, to be honest but when things went on sale, well... That was a game changer. I have long, one length (with bangs) curly hair. It's not "thick" but I have a lot of hair. I ordered the castor oil bar combo. This is my first experience with bars. I LOVE them! The shampoo lathers nice... Didn't leave my hair feeling stripped at all. The conditioner though... It's literally like a bar of magic! It left my hair tangle free & calmed down my frizzy fly aways! I'm hooked! I have the coconut oil bar combo in my cart as we speak! 😁
Conditioner is lousy

The shampoo, rub a little bit in your hair and lather up really good. The conditioner, when you rub it in your hair, you can't tell when you have enough in your hair. You can't feel it in your hair to know if it's enough. Most conditioners tell you how long to leave it in your hair kit.sch do not. I bought two sets of the conditioner and shampoo. I wish I only have bought one set, that way I would know that the condition is not worth the price. The box states is equal to approximately 100 washes, I don't think I'm gonna get 25 out of the conditioner. I won't buy it anymore.
