Love the product. Shipping, not so much.
I have used this clarifying lotion for years and love it. But I have had problems with Ulta shipping lately. I ordered this product in a previous order, and the package never made it. I reached out to Ulta and they said it must have been lost in transit. They refunded the cost and i repurchased it. It made it to me this time, but the lid wasn't on very tight and there was leakage of the product into the package. I decided to just keep it and accept the loss of product. Not happy with the experience.
