- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.

They stay firmly in place still after multiple wears, but they don't really give me a shape I like without a bra. They've lasted well after repeated wear, but loose stickiness with repeat washing.
