My hair prior to using this was healthy and beautiful. After using maybe 3 times, my hair started falling out! Now my hair feels coated, almost like a hairspray feeling. In other words, damaged. Don't buy!

Poor packaging
This was a delivery order. Bottle came with cracked top and shampoo spilled all over box. Since this is an online only item, could not get a replacement in the store and was not offered an online replacement.
