Feels like an oral SPA treatment
I had heard rave reviews about GuruNanda's Oil Pulling but had never used one until now. I have been using GuruNanda's Coco-Mint oil pulling for a week now, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am so glad I gave it a shot. This product made it incredi...

Not down the drain!
The mint was about the same as common mouthwash, but my mouth did feel fresher after spitting and rinsing. The instruction mentioned, but didn't emphasize that you have to spit in a trash can, rather than the sink. The tongue scraper was a bonus.

Oily Texture, Nice Taste, Natural Benefits
While researching a more natural and less harsh alternative to mouth wash, I came across this product. I really like that this comes with a bonus toothbrush and tongue scraper. While the oil texture was a little weird at first, it didn't take me long to get used to it. After the first minute or two of swishing the oil texture thins out. The minty flavor is refreshing and gentle, unlike the stinging sensation that a traditional mouthwash gives you. I haven't noticed any whitening effects yet, but I plan on continuing use and hope for the best. Remember to spit it in the trash and not down the drain!

Healthier teeth
I absolutely love this product. It's vegan so you know there is good ingredients. Also it's refreshing and helps keep your teeth whiter. I would absolutely reccomend this product to my friend's and family. If you want healthier, brighter, more refreshing mouth then get this product ASAP.

I was little skeptical to get into oil filling but this wasn
I've heard of oil pulling before for dental health but I've tried it with just carrier oils the taste was off putting for as long as you're supposed to have it in your mouth but with mint flavors added it's much more tolerable and I can go longer than the 2 minutes so I just distract myself and keep plugging through it. The mint flavors are delicious and I'm sure it's doing more than just brushing and flossing can do on its own.

Tastes good and pleasant to use
Wonderful stuff. Tastes good and pleasant to use, no chemical taste. Not labeled as organic, but all the ingredients are natural and healthy. (Vitamin E, D3, and K2 aren't natural but are good for you.) I have no problem swishing for a long time because it feels so good. Additional helpful instructions in the Q&A section of this website: "Suggested Order of Use: Oil Pulling – Swish the oil for 2–10 minutes. Brush – Use the Butter on Gums toothbrush with toothpaste. Floss – Remove debris and plaque between teeth. Tongue Scraper – After brushing and flossing, use it to scrape away residue from the tongue gently. Mouthwash – Finish with your rinse for fresh breath and added oral care. This sequence helps maximize the benefits of each step for a complete oral care routine."
Best mouth rinse
Great product this is my second repurchase and I definitely recommend! It leaves mouth fresh and I have definitely seen an improvement in oral health. I love the extra goodies it comes with.

Am I able to get this without the tongue scraper? I already have one of my own and it makes me wonder if people are rebuying are you sending new scrapers every time? If they are stainless steel they should last forever
- Asked by MCee
- Official Answer By GuruNanda - Brand EngageThank you for reaching out! Yes — we completely understand. We do offer refill sizes that do not include a tongue scraper for customers who already have one. This particular size, however, is sold as a bundle, and the tongue scraper is always included as part of the package. While the scraper is made from stainless steel and is designed to be very durable, like any oral care tool, it may eventually need replacing over time due to regular use and hygiene preferences. We truly appreciate your feedback. Was this answer helpful to you

I see the instructuons for the rinse but what is the soft brush used for? Add toothpaste to it? And how/when to use tongue scraper?
- Asked by Honeybee413
- Official Answer By GuruNanda - Brand EngageThank you for your question! Here’s a quick guide on how to use the products in your regimen: Soft “Butter on Gums” Toothbrush: This toothbrush is designed to be extra gentle on your teeth and gums. Yes, you can use it with toothpaste (we recommend our Neem Toothpaste) right after oil pulling. Its soft bristles help clean thoroughly without causing irritation. Suggested Order of Use: Oil Pulling – Swish the oil for 2–10 minutes. Brush – Use the Butter on Gums toothbrush with toothpaste. Floss – Remove debris and plaque between teeth. Tongue Scraper – After brushing and flossing, use it to gently scrape away residue from the tongue. Mouthwash – Finish with your rinse for fresh breath and added oral care. This sequence helps maximize the benefits of each step for a complete oral care routine. How long should I rinse? And this is PRE-brush, correct?

- Official Answer By GuruNanda - Brand EngageThank you for your question! Here's how to use our oil pulling for the best results: Measure: Pour 10 to 15 mL (about a tablespoon) of oil using the provided measuring cup. Swish: Gently swish the oil around your mouth for 2 to 10 minutes—start slow and increase as you get more comfortable. Be sure not to swallow it.
