SEVERE Hair Loss! Please be careful.
I purchased the Matrix Food for Soft Shampoo and Conditioner back in May, around the same time I started a new seizure medication. Within a week, I noticed significantly increased hair fallout. At first, I assumed it was related to the new medication. I tried everything — increased my hair vitamins,...

Definitely buy again
Definitely buy again. Works great!
My Holy Grail
This is my holy grail conditioner. It obviously pairs well with the shampoo. Smells divine and has great slip to detangle in the shower! Also makes hair very soft after a a couple uses. At least it did for me.
Worth the money
I used a color remover on my hair that absolutely dried my ends out. My hair felt like hay. I tried multiple hair masks and nothing was working until i started using this shampoo and conditioner combo. After just one use my hair feels amazing and my ends feel back to normal. This is my first time buying a pricey shampoo/conditoner and it was definitely worth the money.
Shipping sucks!

Same review as the last one for the shampoo. Still do not have my order and I ordered it on July 4, 2026! It's now the 19th of July!! I requested a refund. Customer service sucks and so does your method of shipping!
YES GET IT!
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Just like the shampoo, this stuff is SO GOOD! I've tried the entire collection together and also just the conditioner when I ran out of shampoo and while they do work best together, they are all great separately too for hydration!
