HOW TO GUA SHA Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to skin. Start with light to medium pressure. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times.

• Neck – Sweep the tool upward from the collarbone to the jawline to promote lymphatic drainage.
• Jawline & Chin – Glide from the center of the chin along the jaw to the ear.
• Cheeks – Start at the side of the nose and pull outward toward the temples.
• Under Eyes – Use the smallest curve, sweeping gently from the inner corner to the temple.
• Brow Bone – Glide just below the brow from the center outward.

Forehead – Start at the eyebrows and pull upward to the hairline. Avoid use on active acne, wounds, or irritated skin.
