Maybe this works for fine hair, but this "mask" does nothing in the term of hydration for my thicker wavy hair. Hair feels coated after rinsing but not in a hydrating way. Texture and ingredients are nice but it doesn't work as promised. Wanted to love it

The consistency is odd its like putting hair gel in ur hair… it didnt really do anything for my hair and actually made it feel more dry
Great slip but lackluster hydration
This mask made my 3c/4a hair very easy to detangle but when I rinsed it out my hair wasn't hydrated at all. If you have straight or wavy hair this could work as a deep treatment, but for curly hair the mask barely compares to regular conditioner.

I fell in love with this brand earlier this year. This is the first brand where I've bought every single version of their hair masks. This one is exceptional.

After rinsing it out I have to use our regular conditioners to soften the hair again. I did notice more shine and a little more softness to our hair once it was dry. Because I liked the shine it gave, I tried it again but this time I conditioned as usual then added the mask over the conditioner. surprisingly that helped both of our hair and it was very soft and shiny when dried. the leave in condition is a better option than this mask, but I would not buy either again.
