Not the best
Used it once and returned it. I didnt really find that it did much on my hair, if anything it felt dryer after. I will say the Amika Hydro rush shampoo+conditioner are really good and I do recommend those two. For a good hydration mask I recommend the Matrix Food for soft hair mask instead!
Not good as a rinse out
This does an anazing job of deep conditioning dry frizzy hair. For those of you who like to use hair masks/deep conditioners as rinse outs - this is not the right buy. Whenever ive used it as a quick ribse out conditioner, my hair didnt cone out smooth and hydrated. Made my hair worse somehow. You have go leave it in for 5 minutes or more for it to work.
Do NOT purchase
After a month or so my hair was shedding like crazy after using this product. Previously i ised the matrix food for soft mask and ised it for MONTHS and no issues. But when i went to re purchase it was sold out in my location so i figured id try this. After so much shedding in and out of the shower i decided i next time i wash my hair i wont use this mask. And then next thing you know the shedding basically was non existent. I do not recommend. I have curly hair and it did not work out for me at all
