wow first time trying and i will never not buy these!!!
i had bought these before a shift at work that i knew was going to be difficult because i had gotten my period upon waking up that morning. i ran in to grab these before work and put them on (had to use two on each side because theyre in shapes of squares rather than the photo displayed) but let me tell you that with taking otc pain killers + these, helped my cramps BIG TIME and hardly had any theoughout the day. i have always had severe cramps to where i would have to drop whatever i had planned for thr first two days because my cramps get so horrible!! these are amazing and will be a staple monthly

Long-lasting
I'm a student nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I put it on before i left to a shift and it lasted all the way til i got home to shower! 1000% live by these now and it was the perfect temperature throughout the shift. I usually have extremely painful periods but it definitely helped me survive.
