I was recommended to take this product postpartum to help lower my A1C. In January, my A1C was measured at 5.7% and by the end of July it was down to 5.1%. Very happy with the results and have continued to take daily. The taste is pleasant and hardly noticeable.

I started taking this after being postpartum several months. My period came back very irregular which is understandable but my moods were unpredictable. After taking this my moods feel consistent, my period has returned to a regular state and it is safe while breastfeeding and helps milk production. It has also helped with me with sugar cravings. This product is so awesome! Highly recommend.
