This hair oil feels nourishing and moisturizing without being too heavy or feeling like my hair isn't able to absorb it properly, but I don't feel like it's anything to write home about. I would recommend only applying on wet/damp hair or it will sit on top of your hair and give a really oily effect...

Unpopular opinion
I love Ouai products and they have amazing scents but this isn't one of them. I'm not a fan of the STRONG gardenia scent, very disappointing. I expected better from them. It is very lightweight and makes my hair feel and look great but for it to be this pricey then smell so bad is a real let down. I should have smelled it before I purchased it because I would not have. I will use it but I will not repurchase.
