Shake well before use. Dispense up to 5 pumps into your palm, depending on hair length, density, and texture.
Rub hands together and distribute product evenly throughout clean wet hair, starting at the mid lengths and working through the ends. Do not rinse.
Finish with blow dryer, diffuser, flat iron, and/or curler. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

I have curly hair thats quite frizzy given that I live in southeast Louisiana. I apply this last and diffuse. It keeps my frizz at bay while also being light and not greasy or oily. Must have.

So about the smell its a hint of something off but the smell doesn't stay in your hair once you heat style your hair and it works sooooooo good nothing ever works for my hair but this made it so smooth and soft

It seems to work ok, but the fishy smell is something that I can't get through.

If you are a fellow frizzy haired gal, do not sleep on this serum. It does exactly what it says, eliminates frizz and leaves me with insanely shiny hair! I use the whole sytem but also use it alone too and it works the same either way. The smell slightly smells like bicyle tires though.
