New formula not 'sleek'
I have been using this for YEARS and loved the way it made my dry hair so soft and smooth. My hair felt 'slick' in the shower… no more. The new formula is not as good. Wish the formula had not been changed.
The new formula SUCKS! Why did they change it?
The new matrix mega sleek formula is terrible! The smell is nauseating, my hair feels dry and gets unbelievably tangled after shampoo/conditioner. I have been a matrix sleek user for almost 20 years and I will never buy another matrix product until the original sleek comes back. That stuff is terrible
The New Formula is Terrible - It Used to be Great
I am so disappointed they changed this conditioner. I've been using it for years, and it was perfect. Literally the only conditioner that smoothed and got rid of my tangles, and it smelled great. The new formula is awful - it doesn't smooth or condition at all compared to the old one, and I don't like the new scent. The old formula was thicker and white in color, the new one is thinner, with a slight orange color? Either way, I'm really hoping Matrix goes back to the old formula. If not, I will be using something else.
No More Dry Curls
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This conditioner has been an absolute god send this summer. Like most cult headed people, my girls get extremely dry during the summer month due to the heat, chlorine in pools, and salt water. However, this conditioner gives my curls slip and moisture needed in between wash days and after shampooing. Detangling my curls this summer has been much easier!!
I noticed a big difference
I have been using this products for years. Always got compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair looks. I noticed a big difference in the change of formula. The shampoo is not bad but the conditioner now makes my hair feel dry and brittle. Please bring back the old conditioner formula. 😞
