WOW!! I can't rave about menopause beauty sleep enough. It has the collagen I need but I've also noticed how much better my sleep has been since I started taking it. I've just purchased my 3rd box of 'Beauty Sleep' Collagen. I've been struggling with my sleep for the past few months - a mix of stress / maybe peri-menopause. This is an amazing product with no harmful ingredients. I'm glad I purchased it from Holland & Barrett, as I was able to check the full list of ingredients—there are no nasties or sweeteners. It's a shame they don't provide the full ingredient list on their website, otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought it.
