Handheld diffuser? Yes, please!
Little history....For years, I often hold my ends over a cool mist essential oil diffuser to rehydrate them. It works like a charm, every time. This thing is like someone saw me doing that and knew I needed a cordless, handheld version with a brush attached to it...that also vibrates. I immediately used it on my hair to rehydrate my ends, and then my teenage daughter let me use it on her very bleached, damaged hair. It made an instant difference, without changing the shape of the hair hardly at all. Something about a cool mist acts differently than even the spray out of a continuous misting bottle. Perhaps it penetrates the hair shaft evenly without depositing large droplets of water unevenly on the outer layers of the shafts? That's what it seems to do. The vibration is somewhat meh if I'm being honest, but the brush itself is pretty decent. I got this for about $32 on combined sale, and it was totally worth that, at least, for the ability to rehydrate your hair. I haven't even used it to diffuse essential oil onto my scalp yet, but I'm totally going to be using it for that as well. I'm about to order another one...or maybe a few of them, to get some extras to give as Christmas presents.
