Peel the pad from its wrapper and remove the paper backing to reveal the adhesive strip. Place the sticky side down onto the center of your underwear. Adjust so it feels comfortable. Wrap any wings around the sides of your underwear if the pad has them. Change your pad every 4-6 hours (or sooner if needed) to stay fresh and protected.

So glad I placed an order and was prepared for my 12yo.
So grateful pads have evolved. The Always radiant teen ones are a joke. They are the size of a normal woman's light pad. So glad I placed an order and was prepared for my 12yo. She already knew what to do, but these smaller, perfect sized pads definitely gave her the confidence to be ok with the new changes. Definitely helps if you talk to them ahead of time. Even if they are embarrassed and don't want to talk they are still listening and will know what to do also. We need to embrace this right of passage.
They are absolutely great for teen girls!
I bought these products for my oldest daughter, who just started her cycle in January. They are absolutely great for teen girls for sure. I wish back in my day they would have had these instead of getting the same my mom used which at the time felt like I had a mattress in my pants.
