Not worth your time or money
I received this free with the purchase of my BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Ionic Straightening Iron and was excited to try it. The straightener is much faster and more efficient to straighten my hair than this brush. The on/off button is right where you hold the brush and frequently gets tapped while I'm using it. This brush can give you a bit of volume and curl if you use it right, but it takes too much work and many passes through my thick hair to do much. I gave it 2 stars since it isn't a complete flop, but I'll stick to using my dryer brush for volume and my straightener for a silky finish.
Poor design
Really wanted to like this. Great size, but the placement of the on/off/heat setting buttons is terrible. Returned it.
Got a used item repackaged
Immediately one star because someone clearly repackaged a used/returned item, and then somehow I received it as a pickup order. There is literally visible residue on the brush but they put the plastic back over it so i'll have to sanitize it before I can even use it, thanks.
