Very uncomfortable but Red light appears to be working
For reference I am dark skinned. My skin concerns are minor skin texture and wrinkles. The mask itself is very uncomfortable for me. I wouldn't buy it again.
Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this mask. The mask area needs a larger portion for the mouth and the forehead. It just isn't ergonomic. But the worst part is that the device, though fully charged, won't hold a charge for longer than an hour so you have to charge it before every use.
Easy to use and exceeds minimum level to be effective
It's lightweight and easy to use. the 3 setting levels help your skin ease into the routine. The light levels exceed dermatologist minimums to be effective as well. Great value. The only thing I don't love are the eye guards - not my favorite but I make it work.
Doesn't work. Only amber light works
I bought this mask in march 2026 during the half off sale and just got around to using it. I charged it and followed directions and only the amber lights up. Now im past the return window for Ulta. It does have a lifetime warranty but the company charges $50 to exchange. I think its a scam. So buyer beware.

I like it and it works great but.. its very uncomfortable especially around the eyes. Not to mention mine was missing the chargel cable and the carry bag.
Not that comfortable
This mask doesnt appear to have strap extensions and it barely fit my head and puffy hair. Also the eye slits are so small and uncomfortable that i tear up each time i wear it. I opened it month after purchase because my previous mask, which i loved finally went on the blink.
