I agree with the other reviews. The pump sucks. They need to invest in a better system. It is why I only gave 4 stars. The shampoo is amazing. It smells so good and lathers great. I have noticed I can go 2 days without washing my hair before it becomes oily. It give me an extra day which is amazing. The conditioner honestly feels like water but, for some unknown reason my hair loves it. It also helps to detangle it really easily. It's the first conditioner I have tried that does that. I have noticed less hair breakage and falling. I was going through an intense shedding period and nothing was working. I tried this set and I honestly believe it helped so much. Along with using the ginger milk growth ampule. I would recommend people to try it. It works for me and I hope it works for you!

the pump doesnt work on either bottle. it spits out a tiny amount and is frankly annoying. ill "decant" them an put them in other bottles. but even then the formula isnt that great. leaves my hair very straw-like in feeling.

First of the pumps dont work, the shampoo is way too thick and it doesn't lather well. It makes hair stiff and the conditioner does little to nothing. Very very disappointing.

Was so excited to try this new shampoo and conditioner, but sadly neither pumps worked. It should have been simple to do, the way you rotate the pump to "close" and "open", but even after pumping far too many times, nothing will come out. Eventually, after breaking the tops off both pumps, i had to un screw the rest of the pump just to get any product. I can say that both shampoo and conditioner smell great, however the disappointing pumps overshadow any benefit they might have.

This is the revealing moment for me to realize how important a good pump is. Terrible design of the pump. I can only get a pea-size amount of shampoo every time I pump. Shampoo and conditioner are alright. Will not purchase again even with huge discount.
