Lightly mist onto dry hair. Restyle as desired. Can be used to refresh any style and hair type. If using hot irons, wait until dry.
Reshaping a blowout / general use with heat: Lightly mist onto dry hair, then use a blow dryer with a round brush (or any drying tool) to refresh and reshape your blowout where needed. Refreshing and redefining curls + coils: Mist hair that needs refreshing until it's damp. Use your fingers to reshape. Can be used with creams and oils. Air dry or diffuse. Heatless or air-dry refresh: Lightly mist on dry hair, focusing on any dents you want to remove. Brush through to smooth out bends or dents. Repeat as needed depending on how strong the dent is.

This refresh styling spray by Living Proof is exactly what I've needed as someone with fine hair that can be prone to funky patterns if my hair dries incorrectly. I also wear a ponytail at some point nearly daily, so I need something to help get the indent out and this is it! A few sprays of this on nearly clean hair that just needs a "zhush" and then I'm good to go! I didn't have any issues with greasiness afterward and my hair felt silky smooth. I recommend it! One of my favorite ways to use it is before going to sleep, because I wake up the next morning with my hair still smelling fresh and clean. I really enjoy this. Helps me go a little long in between wash days. The formula isn't heavy so my hair doesn't feel weighed down. The smell is nice. Non greasy. Doesn't really give too much body to my hair, but does make my hair lay not so flat from the dirt. complimentary from livingproof

I've been using the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day with heat protection style refresh mist for the past three weeks. I've noticed that when my hair is on day two or day three, and I spray with the mist and blow-dry it. It makes my hair feel so refreshed and smells very good. I especially like that there's heat protection in it because I don't wanna have to add another product to my hair on day two or three. This is a great product that I highly recommend and am so happy I was gifted by Living Proof
