How To Use

Start with the guide to learn what to expect and what works best for your body. Choose from four sizes of pads, beginner-friendly tampons, or the soft, flexible menstrual cup for up to 8 hours of protection. Use what feels right each day - this kit is built to grow with you.

Tampons and menstrual cups are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness. To reduce risk, change tampons every 4--8 hours and never use more absorbency than needed. For menstrual cups, empty, rinse, and reinsert every 8--12 hours. Discontinue use and seek medical help if you experience sudden fever, rash, vomiting, muscle aches, or dizziness - these may be early signs of TSS.

Ingredients

Tampons - Organic Cotton Core, Polyethylene Applicator.

Pads - Polypropylene, Cellulose Pulp, Sodium Polyacrylate, Polyethylene, Cyclohexane (Adhesive).

Wipes - Water, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Propylene Glycol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Chamomilla Recruitia Flower Extract, Decyl Glucoside, Citric Acid.

Amazing kit

Where was a kit like this when we Gen X girls were entering puberty?!? Something like this should be way more mainstream for period care. It has just about everything needed except for something for cramps like those stick-on heating pads. Place some of those and a small bottle of Midol in the included pouch and your teen (or you) is good to go. Great size for school locker or backpack - and kudos for RedDrop for NOT making it blatantly obvious what is in the little carry bag. No kid wants to get teased or bullied over period supplies since it's still sadly treated too much like a gross, taboo subject instead of something completely normal. My sister bought one of these kits for her daughter, and my niece really liked it. Once she got the hang of using the cup, my niece prefers it to pads or tampons for when she's playing sports (basketball, cross-country, and archery). Learning how to use the cup does take practice (along with getting the right size of cup) so keep that in mind. Not all parents are okay talking about periods or shopping for menstrual products with their kids. An OB/Gyn can really help with the cup or any other period questions. You will need to buy a storage/carrying case for the cup as this doesn't include one and a case is needed to keep the cup clean between uses. Hopefully RedDrop will make these kits to include different sizes of tampons as well as the four sizes of pads. The enclosed little info booklet has good, basic information regarding periods. Honestly a very nice starter kit.

Thoughtful, High-Quality, & Empowering

This kit honestly took so much stress out of a big milestone—just like the Period Kit, but with a wider variety that helps introduce options and spark conversations around feminine care at a young age. It's such an approachable way to feel prepared while also creating a thoughtful, meaningful experience. Not only is it truly useful, but the products themselves are high quality. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to friends.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
