Worst applicator ever
The color is beautiful but I simply cannot get over how bad the applicator is. It's tiny and flimsy which makes It super difficult to apply. Not likely to buy again.

I bought this on a whim because I'd always wanted to try the brand. I love supporting a black owned company when I can. Their products are usually too vibrant for me, but I am also white as mayonnaise and vibrant colors look jarring on my fair skin. The gloss has a very artificial vanilla taste and smell to it. It's not my favorite thing to smell and taste, but I've definitely had worse. I can deal with it. It's not insanely glossy looking, it wears on the lips as more satin, and as it dries down it becomes even more satin-y. It lasts pretty decently for a product that does not boost longevity or stain. Mind you, no one should expect your average lip gloss to last a long time, it's okay to have to re-apply after a few hours. But I went 4 hours, no meals, and it was still there, faded a little but kind of gave the appearance of a lip tint which I didn't mind. The product in person looks pretty accurate to the image online. It is lighter than my natural lips, and often, lip products lighter than my shade will look streaky, but this one blends nicely, no streaking, you can't see my natural lip color peeking through. Appearance wise, it is a quality looking product, but it is not super glossy, and it is not super long lasting. It is up to you if that is off putting.

It came open . I reallt wish I could upload a pic. But im new to this. So disappointed. But km glad im getting a new 1, hopefully sealed. :)
