Pricy but works
This bottle or the regular women's probiotic both work great for me, in my opinion. I have IBS with constipation and have struggled with yeast problems before. it was like a year where I couldnt figure it out, and I had yeast infections also off and on. this was like 6 years ago or so. the doctors couldnt help, but worse the obgyns. so I did research on my own, and found that candida bacteria can build up in women causing extra discharge. if you struggle with balancing down there try to limit starchy foods, especially potatoes and drink lots of water, that helps a lot. Also cotton is amazing for underwear and leggings. Plus taking care with a probiotic. I dont think this one is 100% necessary unless you have severe issues or struggle often with bad discharge or just want that extra support for the vagina over all, but this or the other one from this brand are both good so you know. ive used both. This one costs more cause it focuses more on the vagina and sexual health down there. and its not cheap anywhere.. but its definitely good.
I think it works
I've recently been getting a lot of UTIs, despite never really having this issue before. I havent gottwn ine since i started taking this probiotic. I previously took hum private party, and still had 3 UTIs while taking it (within 4 months). Now ive been taking this for 2 months and no UTIs.
