I am a curly girl, so I needed a scrunchie for sleeping. This brand is perfect for big hair. It also prevents tugging and pulling on the edges. And it definitely prevents breakage. Considering how big and slippery they are on my hair, it still holds very well through the night. It doesn't slip off while I'm asleep, but it's easy to remove when I am ready to take it off. Worth the purchase.
