So cute for Halloween 🎃
This is so cute in person! It is black glitter with little ghosts on it. I have fine hair, but a lot of it and it holds all of my hair up pretty securely. It doesn't tug or pull my hair, which is a huge plus when you have fine hair. I wish Kitsch would make several designs in their glitter clips for holidays!
