I got a sample of this with an order recently. I tried it before bed and loved the scent. I smelled like a fancy herbal tea. I was thinking about purchasing so I did some reading about the ingredients. Topical melatonin doesn't actually help with sleep. You have to take it orally for that. However, ...

Dunno about sleep but love it anyway
the placebo effect is real and certain scents can be relaxing, so i guess this isnt total pseudoscience. Either way this stuff works great as a lotion! Every now and then i deal with keritosos pilaris on my thighs and using this smooths away any bumps or texture, plus it smells amazing and yes, very relaxing. The price is good since it's a ton of product that actually works. This will always be a staple for me.

I exoected nothing from this, and I dont know why I bought it, but I did. It's soooo good. I think I biught it because it says balm, but it's really a heavy, thick, cream. It has hep me sleep more soundly, buy the creamy, thick formula of thid product will keep me hooked

I was excited about the ingredients. But as a side note, I do NOT have trouble sleeping or unwinding at night. I just LOVE lotion, and I moisturize EVERYDAY. So I said why not?! I used this last night, and slept WAY LONGER than usual! I woke up refreshed not groggy! I can't speak for the moisturizing properties of this lotion (my skin is not dry), but it DEFINITELY helped keep me asleep! So if that's your issue, try this!
