High expectation
It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

I have tried a lot of different products and this one works the best for me. I like the fact that it is a strip the melts on the tongue for faster absorption, taste is great and it doesn't make me feel weird. With other products, I have had is groggy feeling in the am and I don't with this at all! Love this

I had no hope for this. I have had insomnia my entire life. I was grasping at straws trying the melts and to my surprise , I got sleepy and went to sleep before midnight instead of at 5 am. A little bitter but not really a problem. Will continue to buy
