Seemingly well made massager, but does not massage well
I really wanted to like this. I have neck pain and have been unable to find a neck massager that doesn't require manually holding the massager. This seemed like it would be perfect since it should sit snugly on the neck. Unfortunately, the massage it gives is extremely weak. Even at the highest level and laying down on it, I could barely feel anything. The massager itself is rather nice, but doesn't do what I need. This may work for you if you want a very gentle, soft massage.
So relaxing
Using this massaging neck pillow is such a great way to relax. The heat is an added bonus. Definitely helps unwind and relieve tension headaches after a stressful day. Easy to use too!
Love it
This neck massager has been a total lifesaver for easing end-of-day shoulder tension. The deep kneading feels surprisingly like a real massage, and the warm heat option is super relaxing. Plus, being cordless means it's easy to use while unwinding on the couch or working at my desk.

Can give a deep massage
This neck massager works best if you lay on it to get a deep massage into the muscles. Just sitting upright and thing it around your neck is good too for a lighter massager. Overall, it does both portably, so I'm very happy!
