After cleansing hair, apply a generous amount of Strengthen Deep Conditioning Treatment into clean, damp hair. Comb gently through hair from roots to ends to thoroughly distribute the conditioner. For an Intense Deep Treatment: Place a plastic cap over hair and leave it on for up to 30 minutes. Steam or heat may be used. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

possibly the GOAT conditioner
I LOVE this conditioner! I'm so excited to see Ulta carry miche! For reference, I have fairly long, high-porosity curly hair that is low to medium density, with fine to medium strands. I have virgin hair, and it's actually quite healthy, it's just the type that's naturally high porosity (ie it quickly takes on water, and despite no chemical damage and never having been straightened, it's simply not long before the strands succumb to some cuticle chipping from UV rays & environmental stressors, etc) I have a soft to medium "finish" for those that follow that system. My hair gets tangled fairly easy, especially at the nape of my neck, and I get a lot of fairy knots. My curls love ALL the protein, and though I need some moisture, I have to be careful because I can get weighed down somewhat easily. This conditioner is AMAZING. It literally melts into my hair like butter, & seems to disintegrate knots almost on contact. I really struggle to find conditioners that don't feel gross and heavy like they cling to the hair, but still have enough hydration so that my hair still feels conditioned after rinsing it out. This does all that and more, and honestly I can see this working for many people. This is probably the only deep conditioner/mask type of conditioner I ever use, and I only use it about once a month because my hair just doesn't require deep conditioners often. This is just SO GOOD! It strikes the perfect balance of moisture & strength
