Twist the cap and squeeze to dispense a healthy amount of conditioner, then work it through your hair from mid-strands to ends. Leave for a few minutes if desired, then rinse with cool water.

I got my mom this conditioner as well as the calm shampoo and she wasn't using anything really substantially nice for her hair just whatever she could find at a bargain store. She often complain about her hair feeling dry and not having much character with it so I got her the set and told her about the ingredients and she gave them a try and now she is a true believer. This works great on my fine thin hair. I have to wash everyday to every other day so I need good products to care for my hair. This conditioner coats the strands evenly and rinses clean. My hair looks shiny, feels soft and is manageable. It gently detangles my fine hair and creates some much needed density to my hair. I would recommend to anyone with fine, thin hair.
