Start by wetting your hair. Twist the lid and dispense the desired amount onto your palms. Add water and rub together to create a rich lather, then massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply the conditioner most suited to your strand type to hydrate and detangle hair.

I've been using this shampoo for a few weeks now and at first I was hesitant, I was worried that it would overstrip my hair/scalp. I've used other oily scalp/hair shampoo previously but they left my hair feeling very dry and lifeless, however this one hasn't. It produces a good lather and it's easy to fully rinse out without leaving behind any residue. It leaves my scalp feeling clean but not dry or tight, and my hair looks shiny & clean. I've noticed that since I've been using this every time I shampoo that I can now go for two days between washes, (so if I wash it on a Monday I don't need to wash it again until Wednesday night/Thursday morning) without my hair looking greasy the day after washing or needing to use dry shampoo/pull it into a ponytail. It's definitely worth trying if you have an oily scalp. *I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
