Start by wetting your hair. Twist the lid and dispense the desired amount onto your palms. Add water and rub together to create a rich lather, then massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply the conditioner most suited to your strand type to hydrate and detangle hair.

I got this from my mom who was using bargain shampoo and often complaining about how dry her hair felt. After educating her on the ingredients and getting her this for her birthday she has been a huge fan of this shampoo and pierce this with the quench conditioner. My mom is a believer of this and it's awesome to see her hair having more life and getting better nutrition for it.
