I think I got a defective formulation. I spray it on my arm and also in the air and the sugar lemon perfume smells like insect repellent and Lysol. When I reached out to customer service they said the smell is different on every individuals. I agree but what about spraying into the air and you smell a cleaning agent instead of a perfume? I read the reviews and it's mixed. I think somehow in the production my batch of perfume is defective like other individuals who think it smells bad. I am not happy that they will not send me a prepaid label to return their defective product. I've been using their sugar lychee years and been their loyal customer. Next time I will buy their product from other retailers like Sephora and not from them again. They have physical stores where you can return it and not to ship it back on your own.
